Box Office – Rustom is chugging along

Though there isn’t much of a competition from past or present, last week’s release Rustom as well as this week’s Happy Bhag Jayegi are collecting low numbers.

 

Rustom had a fabulous Week One and that was followed by a good second weekend as well. During these 10 days, it has exhausted most of its potential audience and is now driving towards its eventual destination. With 4 crore* more during the two weekdays gone by, the overall collections have reached 112 crore*. The collections of the Akshay Kumar starrer would go past his Holiday [113 crore] today and Housefull 2 [116 crore] by tomorrow. Post that, one can expect it to be the superstar’s third highest grosser ever after Rowdy Rathore [133 crore] and Airlift [129 crore]. Superhit!
